Daniel was incredibly professional and knowledgable. I was so impressed with how timely and wonderful his work was on my air conditioning. Daniel was exceptional. I called him around 8:30am on a stinking hot day because our office aircon was suddenly not behaving itself. Fearing I would soon have some fairly hot and bothered staff members, Daniel made himself available by 2pm that day and got it up and running. Dan is simply the best. Prompt, professional, genuine, highly skilled and an absolutely lovely guy to boot. He has been incredibly patient and persistent with multiple hard-to-pin issues in our apartment, ultimately recommending and implementing highly effective solutions. Needed an urgent repair to our Air conditioner in the middle of hot summer day. Called Daniel who came in 10 minutes between jobs and diagnosed problem.Needed to replace a discontinued part, but sourced alternative.Job completed in an hour and a half with extra filter clean, great expert advice and knowledge as well as being trustworthy, friendly and efficient. I had an issue with my air conditioning during a very hot day. For a while, the problem was blamed on something inside my apartment rather than being recognized as the building's responsibility. As soon as I spoke with Daniel, he quickly identified that the issue was actually on the building's side. Daniel was incredibly professional. He didn't charge me for the phone consultation. He simply took five minutes out of his day to help me solve the problem. That kind of selfless approach says a lot about his character and professionalism. Highly recommended.
